- ability to use various types of cleaning equipment, both powered and non-powered

Job Duties
- Maintain various flooring types
- dust and wash walls, partitions, windows
- maintain bathroom, showers and other similar facilities
- remove trash
- operate power operated custodial equipment
- responsible for unlocking and locking various interior and exterior building doors
- assist with relocation of furniture and small equipment
- clear snow from steps and exits as assigned during winter
- perform all other duties and responsibilities as assigned or directed by the supervisor
