Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ability to organize workload for timely accomplishment of work
- knowledge of standard cleaning methods and procedures
- experience with proper use of cleaning equipment including vacuum cleaners, floor buffers and cleaning solutions
- physical ability to sit, stand, walk, reach with hands and arms, push and pull, bend, twist, stoop and kneel
- capability to oversee and ensure external cleaning crew performs their duties
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Performs heavy cleaning duties deep cleaning
- scrubs, sanitizes and supplies restroom facilities
- mixes cleaning solutions and chemicals in containers according to instructions
- follows procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power machinery to prevent damage to floors and fixtures
- drives vehicles required to perform cleaning work such as floor scrubber
- ensures external cleaning crew are performing their required tasks
