- previous experience in custodial or grounds care preferred
- physical ability to perform cleaning and maintenance tasks
- ability to follow instructions and safety protocols
- willingness to work flexible hours including weekends if required

Job Duties
- perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping mopping dusting and waste removal
- maintain cleanliness of restrooms and common areas
- handle minor grounds care duties such as debris removal and lawn maintenance
- report maintenance and repair needs to management
- assist in setting up and cleaning after special events
- ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and stored properly
- follow health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment
