Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to pass a strong criminal background check
- Physically able to perform cleaning duties including lifting and bending
- Available to work flexible hours as needed
- Willingness to adhere to all company policies and safety standards
- Demonstrated ability to perform detailed cleaning tasks
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies

- Previous custodial or janitorial experience preferred

Job Duties
- Police outside grounds for trash
- Clean tables
- Empty trash cans and ash urns by smoking areas
- Sweep down cobwebs at all building entrances
- Sweep all building entrances and patios
- Spot clean inside and outside of all glass doors
- Remove gum outside entrances with scraper
- Keep flower beds clear of all trash
- Spot clean interior walls to remove obvious smudges and stains
- Empty trash cans and replace liners as needed
- Spot vacuum and spot mop floors and carpets as needed
- Pick up debris from plants and planters
- Clean water fountains twice per day
- Wipe down inside and outside of windowsills as needed
- Prepare conference rooms before and after important meetings
- Keep kitchen and breakroom areas cleaned
- Clean and maintain custodial closets
- Complete restroom service daily
- Restock paper supplies and empty trash as needed
- Sanitize commodes, urinals and sinks
- Spot clean mirrors
- Sweep floors and pick up debris
- Spot mop floors as needed
