Job Duties
- Vacuum entire office area
- sweep entire office area
- mop entire office area
- dust entire office area
- empty trash
- clean restrooms
- perform general yard work including cleaning, trash pickup, grass cutting, garden maintenance
- maintain parking areas free of trash
- clean dock and dock apron
- perform minor building repairs and painting as needed
- change light bulbs in office area and on dock
- change air conditioner filters
- comply with all applicable laws, regulations, company policies and procedures
- perform other duties as required
