Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ability to perform physical labor including lifting up to 50 pounds
- ability to work in varied weather conditions
- valid New Mexico Class D Driver's License
- pass pre-employment physical and drug/alcohol screening
- pass criminal background check
- willingness to work shifts and weekend hours
- ability to safely operate cleaning and maintenance equipment

Job Duties
- Clean, sweep, mop, and buff floors
- vacuum and shampoo carpets
- dust furniture and disinfect surfaces
- empty trash receptacles
- move furniture
- replace light bulbs and batteries
- clean windows, window sills, and mirrors
- wash walls
- clean, sanitize, and stock restrooms
- sweep halls and outside walks
- prune trees and shrubs
- mow and water lawns and shrubs
- rake and blow leaves and cut weeds
- shovel snow from sidewalks and walkways and apply de-icer
- gather recyclables and pick up trash from grounds
- perform single repairs to assigned equipment
- inspect, observe and report safety and security conditions
- open and lock facility and secure parking lots
- raise and take down flag
- respond courteously to public inquiries
- complete work orders timely and safely
