Job Requirements
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
- must be able to climb ladders and stairs
- able to stand for extended periods
- experience working in dusty or outdoor conditions
- ability to interact professionally with staff and the public
- must pass a physical exam
- must provide Hepatitis B vaccination or waiver
- flexible to cover occasional shifts or events
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous custodial or maintenance experience preferred
- knowledge of cleaning and maintenance procedures
- ability to operate cleaning equipment
- ability to work independently and responsibly
- good communication skills
- professionalism in interactions with staff and the public
Job Duties
- Perform daily cleaning and restocking of restrooms
- prepare studios and meeting rooms
- remove trash and maintain cleanliness
- vacuum carpets and mop floors
- wash windows and polish surfaces
- assist with event setup and breakdown
- perform light maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs
- assist with occasional outdoor duties including snow removal
- deliver supplies and move furniture
- support staff with facility-related needs
