Job Requirements
- High school graduate or GED preferred
- Must have ability to read and understand instructions for cleaning several types of floors and spaces
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment and lift heavy equipment
- Ability to properly handle cleaning supplies
- Ability to read, write, and speak English

Job Duties
- Maintain cleaning schedule including floors, chalkboards, wastebaskets, windows, furniture, equipment, restrooms
- Keep school building and grounds clean including sidewalks, driveways, parking lots, playgrounds
- Assist with opening and closing buildings daily
- Follow procedures for locking, checking, safeguarding facilities
- Ensure exit doors are open and panic bolts working during occupancy
- Inspect cleaning equipment for safety and efficiency
- Operate tools and equipment following safety procedures
