Job Requirements
- graduation from high school or equivalent
- experience in custodial work preferred
- must have a current valid Texas motor vehicle operator's license
- CJIS compliance

- experience in custodial work preferred
- knowledge of cleaning techniques and procedures
- skill in the use of custodial materials and chemicals
- ability to operate custodial equipment such as scrubbers, extractors, and buffers
- current valid Texas motor vehicle operator's license
- CJIS compliance
Job Duties
- perform custodial functions such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, spray waxing, and floor stripping
- perform restroom maintenance, replenishing supplies, and applying cleaning chemicals as appropriate
- perform carpet maintenance
- clean office furniture, walls, windows, and floors
- empty trash
- inspect buildings for cleanliness and report needed repairs
- operate floor machines for buffing, stripping, waxing, vacuuming and carpet cleaning safely, according to proper usage and schedule
