Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous cleaning or janitorial experience preferred
- ability to stand and work for extended periods
- ability to work in noisy environments
- knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment
- strong customer service skills
- ability to follow safety protocols
- willingness to participate in team activities
Job Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience preferred
- able to work well with others and as part of a team
- maintain area of assignment at or above department standards
- consistently meet standards regarding attendance, appearance, conduct, and readiness to work
- open to coaching and willing to improve job performance
Job Duties
- Clean various areas including trash cans, restrooms, offices, public areas, windows, restaurants, counter tops, furniture, and decorative objects
- vacuum carpets
- sweep and mop tile floors
- clean spills promptly
- clean bio hazardous materials when necessary
- remove trash and dispose of it in dumpsters
- use cleaning chemicals and equipment properly
- provide excellent guest service by smiling, greeting, and maintaining a positive attitude
