Job Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- Possess a valid state driver’s license
- Complete a background investigation with favorable results
- Undergo pre-employment and periodic physical examinations
- Subject to pre-employment screening and random drug testing
- Willingness to work shift hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be a U.S. citizen or national
- Comply with selective service registration if applicable

Job Qualifications
- Experience with management methods and techniques
- Ability to delegate work effectively
- Technical expertise in lodging housekeeping operations and program management
- Skill in developing procedures aligned with housekeeping and lodging goals
- Ability to coordinate programs with other managers
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills considering budgetary and personnel factors
- Effective communication skills to justify program goals and motivate employees
- Knowledge of relevant budget, personnel, and labor relations rules
- Understanding of housekeeping methods, cleaning techniques, and equipment
- Familiarity with cleaning agents and new developments in housekeeping
Job Duties
- Assist in planning, organizing, conducting, and managing a medium to large lodging housekeeping program
- Indirectly supervise custodial and laborer staff through subordinate supervisors
- Formulate, implement, coordinate, and control comprehensive lodging housekeeping programs
- Hire, promote, motivate, discipline, and separate employees
- Approve leave, schedule work, coordinate operations, and resolve workplace issues
- Develop and maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
- Monitor performance recognition and internal awards programs
- Occasionally clean and restock lodging facilities
- Drive vehicles as part of daily duties
