Job Requirements
- experience in custodial or maintenance work
- ability to work independently and make autonomous decisions
- working knowledge of cleaning practices, supplies and equipment
- ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions
- ability to meet and deal courteously with the public
- physical strength and agility necessary to perform essential functions
- valid Maine Class C driver’s license
- satisfactory criminal background check

Job Duties
- perform general cleaning

- clean bathrooms
- maintain floors
- upkeep waiting rooms
- handle laundry
- perform light maintenance
