Job Requirements
- Six months of experience performing routine janitorial and/or grounds keeping work
- valid Kansas driver's license
- legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
- ability to pass pre-employment physical including drug screening
- ability to pass criminal records check
- availability to work 8:00 AM-4:30 PM Wednesday-Sunday
- ability to perform physical work including operation of motorized equipment
Job Qualifications
- Six months of experience performing routine janitorial and/or grounds keeping work
- valid Kansas driver's license
- ability to follow supervision and instructions
- capable of handling motorized cleaning equipment
- physical ability to perform cleaning duties
- good communication skills
- legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
Job Duties
- Operate and care for motorized equipment such as buffers, scrub machines, and vacuum cleaners
- sweep, mop, scrub, dust, polish, paint, and wash walls, windows, floors, and woodwork
- dust, polish, arrange, and move furniture and equipment
- clean restrooms and replenish supplies
- remove rubbish and waste paper
- operate a vehicle as required
- perform other related duties as assigned
