Job Requirements
- Direct deposit and social security card upon appointment
- Meet qualification, eligibility and background requirements

- Completion of favorable suitability determination Tier 1 investigation

- Ability to communicate verbally and in writing in English clearly and grammatically
Job Qualifications
- Prior work experience demonstrating ability to perform cleaning and maintenance duties
- Ability to use and maintain cleaning tools and equipment
- Good customer service skills
- Responsible work experience in hospitality preferred
- Ability to communicate verbally and in writing in English clearly and concisely
Job Duties
- Clean rooms, corridors, stairways, and other areas
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, scrub, wash and polish fixtures and furniture, walls, glass, doors, equipment and furnishings
- Make beds and change bed spreads, blankets, and linens, add extra pillows as required
- Clean and disinfect bathrooms, change and refold towels, remove stains and mildew from bathroom fixtures
- Clean lanai railing, tracks, and furniture
- Replace missing items in guest rooms
- Empty trash and restock room condiments and supplies
- Maintain cart of supplies and refill amenities
- Ensure rooms are locked after cleaning and suitable for guest use
- Treat guests courteously and professionally
- Notify supervisors of issues requiring immediate attention
- Perform special and rush cleaning assignments
- Follow safety procedures and report maintenance needs
- Perform other duties as assigned
