Job Requirements

Background investigation with favorable results
ability to follow simple oral and written instructions
ability to use hand or lightweight powered cleaning tools or equipment
ability to physically perform the full range of assigned duties
U.S. citizenship or U.S. territory residency for 3 years or more
registration for Selective Service for males born after December 31, 1959
direct deposit enrollment
satisfactory completion of E-Verify check
ability to meet qualification, eligibility, and background requirements
ability to provide REAL ID or equivalent for installation access

Job Duties

Clean lodging guest rooms, corridors, stairways, and other lodging areas
sweep, dry mop, scrub, wax, and polish floors
dust, wax, and polish furniture
clean and sanitize guest room appliances, cooking utensils, and dishes
empty wastebaskets
polish door knobs, handles, and other metal fixtures
wash walls, windows, and blinds within reach
change bed linens and make beds
collect soiled linen and deliver clean linen
update room status and occupancy using telephone system
clean, disinfect, and deodorize lavatories, urinals, and toilets
clean mirrors, sinks, and water fountains
dust ledges, woodwork, and furniture
replace room deodorizers
restock toilet tissue, hand towels, soap, and sundries
report maintenance issues to supervisor
keep stock of cleaning materials and notify supervisor when restocking or equipment repair is needed
perform other related duties as assigned
