Job Requirements
- 6 months of experience working as a custodial or housekeeper in a Navy Gateway Inns & Hotels, hotels, hospitals, or related locations
- knowledge of cleaning procedures and proper use of cleaning equipment and approved cleaning chemicals including familiarity with Safety Data Sheets
- ability to operate all in-room appliances such as coffee maker, television, clock radio, telephone
- ability to utilize Property Management System software to update room status via telephone
- ability to accurately complete daily room status reports and housekeeping assignment sheets
- ability to apply knowledge of general cleaning procedures to complete tasks
- ability to safely use common hand and powered tools
- ability to schedule and prioritize work while respecting No Service/Do-Not-Disturb requests
- ability to navigate web-based Learning Management Systems and complete online and e-learning training
Job Qualifications

- use Property Management System software to update room status
- complete daily room status reports and housekeeping assignment sheets accurately
- apply sound judgment to schedule and prioritize work assignments respecting No Service/Do-Not-Disturb requests
