Job Requirements
- Graduation from high school, GED, or equivalency
- One year of full-time work experience in commercial building maintenance or housekeeping
- Ability to communicate effectively using verbal, phone, and email methods
- Capability to use various cleaning equipment
- Physical ability to perform cleaning and maintenance tasks
- Willingness to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Commitment to safety and attention to detail

- Willingness to work day shifts with flexibility for nights and weekends during emergencies
Job Duties
- Clean and sanitize offices, stairwells, restrooms, conference rooms, and common areas using brooms, mops, vacuums, and extractors
- Manage work requests through verbal communication, phone, email, and Work Order System, prioritizing and completing tasks within 24 hours
- Dust, clean, and polish furniture, railings, counters, and other surfaces
- Sanitize restroom fixtures, replenish supplies, and dispose of waste properly
- Perform minor repairs to furniture and fixtures, replace lights, and conduct safety and security checks, documenting findings
- Apply sand and ice melt to sidewalks and stairs, remove snow and debris during inclement weather
- Assist with reserving equipment and setting up tables and chairs for events
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance skills and knowledge
