Job Duties
- Maintains a pleasant and cooperative service attitude towards patients families visitors staff and management
- Performs thorough daily cleaning following established schedules and 10 step cleaning process
- Cleans and disinfects restrooms and restocks disposable items
- Performs check-out and transfer cleaning including stripping beds and removing supplies
- Conducts terminal cleaning in labor delivery and operating rooms
- Cleans elevators stairwells parking lots and outdoor areas
- Uses mechanical cleaning equipment for floor and carpet maintenance
- Moves furniture to set up and break down conference or classrooms
- Conducts daily inspections and reports maintenance problems
- Utilizes and maintains cleaning chemicals and power equipment
- Completes scheduled tasks accurately and efficiently
- Presents professional appearance and maintains work area cleanliness
- Ensures safe working environment and reports hazards
- Participates in training sessions and adheres to safety protocols
- Works cooperatively with other departments
- Maintains good attendance and punctuality
