- six months experience in custodial maintenance or any equivalent combination of education and experience
- valid Florida Driver's License
- work requires physical strength and agility
- normal color vision as required by work

- working knowledge of building cleaning practices, supplies, and equipment
- skill in operating vacuum cleaners, floor washers, and buffers
- ability to work effectively with coworkers and the general public
Job Duties
- Sweeps and mops floors
- cleans and vacuums carpets and floors and waxes and buffs vinyl tile floors
- washes windows and polishes furniture
- dusts woodwork, furniture, and other articles
- collects paper, rubbish, and trash and performs varied grounds tasks
- makes minor repairs to buildings, building equipment, and furniture
- attends work on continuous and regular basis
