- Ability to use a computer to fill out time cards electronically
- Ability to lift or move heavy items

- Skill in using cleaning products and equipment

Job Duties
- Sweep, mop, polish, and perform restorative and interim floor and carpet maintenance in rooms and halls
- Dust and polish furniture, blinds, and equipment
- Empty trash receptacles and bag trash for proper disposal
- Clean restrooms and fill dispensers
- Vacuum and spot clean rugs, carpets, and furniture
- Report malfunctions of bathroom fixtures, light fixtures, and damages to interior buildings to supervisor
- Stock areas with appropriate supplies
- Lock and unlock doors as directed
- Initiate work orders for repair and maintenance
- Move furniture, equipment, or fixtures as required
- Wash dishes or utensils as required
- Replace light bulbs
- Perform duties as assigned
