Job Requirements
- legally authorized to work in the United States
- local candidate only
- availability to work Monday to Friday 5 pm to 10 pm
- physically able to perform tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds
- ability to stand walk reach push or pull climb bend balance stoop kneel or crouch
- close vision distance vision color vision peripheral vision depth perception and ability to adjust focus
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- one to three years minimum related experience and/or training
- ability to read write speak and communicate well in English
Job Duties
- perform routine cleaning disinfecting dusting polishing and trash removal throughout the office lobby route ops building conference rooms kitchen restrooms and common areas
- maintain floors by sweeping mopping vacuuming extracting carpets and scrubbing recoating or refinishing vinyl flooring as needed
- clean and sanitize high-touch surfaces glass appliances furniture fixtures vents and restroom facilities
- keep entryways reception areas and conference rooms tidy by arranging furniture and maintaining an orderly appearance
- restock supplies maintain janitorial closets and ensure equipment and materials are properly organized
- complete closing procedures including logging concerns securing the building setting alarms turning off lights and verifying all tasks are completed
- follow the master cleaning list
- prompt and regular attendance is required
- other duties as assigned
