Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in custodial or maintenance work preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Capability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks
- Basic knowledge of cleaning and maintenance equipment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to follow safety guidelines and procedures

Job Duties
- Assist setting up equipment, tables, chairs, etc. for all bingo sessions, workshops, and special events
- Clean applicable areas after bingo sessions, workshops, and special events
- Work with custodial maintenance team to ensure cleanliness of all interior carpets, floors, restrooms, tables, chairs, windows, machines, glass doors, blinds, offices, entries, walls, and other interior fixtures
- This will also include dusting, waxing, and polishing all inside vertical and horizontal surfaces including the outside of gaming machines and their bases
- Remove snow and de-ice sidewalks and walkways as needed
- Load/unload equipment and/or supplies as needed by casino
- Submit written notification to facility maintenance manager of any fixture or equipment not working properly
- Document all services, accidents or injuries, items needing repair, and tasks on daily maintenance form
- Report all unresolved issues that occurred during shift to supervisor
- Attend all department team meetings, workshops, and training sessions as delegated by manager
- Immediately notify manager on duty or bingo manager of any complaints or concerns customers may have and bring manager to the customer to achieve positive resolution if needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
