Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to perform custodial duties including cleaning and sanitizing
- Willingness to work early morning shifts
- Ability to handle physical tasks such as moving furniture and equipment
- Reliable transportation to Mt Pleasant, Charleston location
- Ability to follow safety and cleaning protocols
- Good physical stamina and strength
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous custodial experience preferred
- Ability to perform minor maintenance and repairs
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills
- Reliable and punctual
Job Duties
- Perform daily cleaning and sanitizing of all assigned areas including classrooms, offices, hallways, stairwells, cafeterias, gyms, and locker rooms
- Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish paper products
- Empty trash cans and recycling receptacles and transport waste to designated areas
- Clean interior and exterior windows and glass
- Perform minor maintenance and repairs such as replacing ceiling tiles and light bulbs
- Multitask effectively
- Move equipment, furniture, and books per staff request
