Job Requirements
- Must have a minimum of one year of experience in custodial services
- Must have a minimum of one year of experience in a supervisory or lead role
- Must have experience dealing with government personnel or customers concerning contracted services
- Must have basic computer knowledge including Excel and Microsoft Word
- Must interact appropriately with customers and team members
- Must have good management communication skills both written and verbal
- Must meet eligibility requirements for work assignment on the specified contracts
- Must be able to pass organizational screening requirements including state or federal background screenings
- Must be able to work flexible schedules including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Must be able to work with cleaning chemicals safely
Job Qualifications
- Minimum one year of experience in custodial services
- Minimum one year of supervisory or lead role experience
- Experience interacting with government personnel concerning contracted services
- Basic computer knowledge including Excel and Microsoft Word
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to interact appropriately with customers and team members
- Eligibility to work on specified contracts
- Successful completion of background and drug screening
Job Duties
- Assist management in overseeing governmental contracts
- Supervise and perform custodial services as described in the Performance Work Statement
- Provide quality customer service consistently
- Ensure safety standards are followed by team members
- Communicate effectively with government personnel and customers
- Manage team members and delegate tasks appropriately
- Adapt to varying work schedules including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
