Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- prior experience in aviation, dispatching, or operations coordination preferred
- strong communication and organizational skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment
- proficient in using radios, scheduling software, and basic computer applications
- must be able to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Assign cleaning crews to aircraft based on arrival/departure schedules and crew availability
- monitor flight schedules and adjust cleaning assignments in real-time to accommodate delays or changes
- communicate clearly with team leads, supervisors, and airline personnel to ensure timely service
- track and document cleaning activities, crew assignments, and service completion times
- ensure compliance with safety protocols, security regulations, and company policies
- report any issues, delays, or incidents to the appropriate personnel
- maintain accurate records of shift activities and prepare end-of-shift reports
- support cleaning crews with logistical needs such as equipment, supplies, and access coordination
