Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in cleaning or janitorial services is a plus
- Ability to operate basic cleaning equipment such as vacuum cleaner and floor scrubber is preferred
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures is a plus
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Duties
- Perform routine cleaning and sanitizing tasks in assigned areas, including restrooms, concourses, seating areas, suites, and public spaces
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and scrub floors, walls, and other surfaces
- Empty trash and recycling receptacles and dispose of waste properly
- Restock supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper in restrooms and other areas
- Respond promptly to spills and other cleaning emergencies
- Maintain cleanliness during events to ensure a positive guest experience
- Address any cleaning-related requests or concerns from guests and staff
- Assist with event setup and breakdown as needed
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures including the proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment
- Adhere to all health and sanitation guidelines
- Report any safety hazards or maintenance issues to the supervisor
- Ensure compliance with OSHA standards
- Work collaboratively with other Crew Members to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations
- Provide excellent customer service to guests and staff by maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues
