Job Requirements
- experience in janitorial, porter, landscaping, golf course maintenance, gardening, grounds maintenance, general labor
- physical ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds
- frequent standing, walking, squatting, reaching, stooping, climbing stairs or ladders, balancing and carrying required
- valid driver’s license and reliable personal automobile
- willingness to work in maintenance and janitorial areas beyond grounds
- availability to work weekends
- ability to travel to different properties within the region
Job Qualifications
- experience in janitorial, porter, landscaping, golf course maintenance, gardening, grounds maintenance, or general labor
- ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, pushing, pulling, carrying up to 50 pounds
- willingness to assist in maintenance and janitorial duties beyond groundskeeping
- valid driver’s license
- reliable personal automobile
- strong attention to detail
- ability to work independently
Job Duties
- daily cleaning and trash removal throughout community
- physically walk and inspect property daily to maintain cleanliness in trash receptacle areas, hallways, common areas, garages, and parking lots
- ensure all designated areas are neat and orderly
- report any maintenance issues or safety hazards observed during inspections
- assist with general labor tasks as assigned
- adhere to company safety and operational procedures
