Job Requirements

  • Complete all required position-specific training
  • Availability during key program periods and high-demand times
  • Ability to maintain secure, clean, and organized cupboard space
  • Experience or willingness to learn inventory management
  • Strong communication skills
  • Commitment to GSNorCal's inclusive practices
  • Ability to work 10-12 hours weekly from January to March 2026

Job Duties

  • Complete position-specific training
  • Maintain a clean, secure, pest-free, and smoke-free cupboard space
  • Handle cookie products carefully to preserve quality
  • Maintain accurate inventory counts and signed receipts
  • Record daily transactions in Smart Cookie system
  • Publish cupboard pick-up availability hours
  • Facilitate cookie exchanges and troop-to-troop transfers
  • Ensure equitable access to inventory for all troops
  • Encourage and support troop partnerships and Juliettes
  • Communicate effectively with volunteers, teams, and staff
  • Problem-solve issues with patience and sensitivity
