Job Duties
- Greet guests in a courteous and friendly manner
- promote and document orders
- make and present drinks using standard ingredients and recipes
- input orders into a register at the point of sale
- create a check for each guest maintaining accountability
- receive cash from guests and make change
- verify validity of charges and record transactions
- maintain proper setup of the coffee station including stocking and rotating products
- respond to guest complaints in a positive and tactful manner
- negotiate compromises and implement solutions
- lock up and store all beverages, food, and equipment
- deposit cash drops and balance bank
- sign out and in keys
