Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource and Organizational Leadership, Events Management, Hospitality Business, Communications, or related field preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Passion for event management and corporate culture
- Experience managing small projects from start to finish including vendor and logistics management
- Ability to balance budget constraints while maintaining a positive experience
- Ability to design and implement resources and toolkits
- Strong interpersonal and networking skills
- Able to represent Domino's professionally
Job Duties
- Lead logistics for small to medium-sized company-sponsored events including Town Halls, TAD Celebration, Reward and Recognition Events such as U.S. Awards and Reppy's, and milestone anniversaries
- Manage event timelines and budgets ensuring smooth execution
- Track and report event success against key results
- Maintain inventory of event materials and supplies
- Serve as a high-level advisor for corporate-wide events providing guidance on event structure, culture integration, and best practices
- Design and utilize Event Planning guide for department and team-level events
- Conduct post-event debriefs to drive continuous improvement
- Assist in program delivery for Power of Possible Culture Experience training sessions and post-training engagement activities
- Collaborate with Community Relations specialist to integrate culture elements into external-facing events
- Gather and analyze qualitative and quantitative feedback to inform future initiatives
- Coordinate surprise and delight experiences including logistics, vendor management, communication, leader visibility, and replication toolkit for field and remote teams
- Support functional culture councils with meeting coordination, toolkit updates, and activation follow-up
- Support BRG program management by executing Signature Events, maintaining calendar of initiatives, and co-designing annual retreats in February and October
