Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum one year of experience in human resources or related field preferred
- Ability to use ATS and scheduling software
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
- Ability to work at a desk for extended periods
- Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred

- Clear and confident written and verbal communication skills
- Professional and approachable demeanor
- Familiarity with scheduling tools, calendars, and ATS platforms
- Experience in human resources is considered a plus
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Strong organizational skills
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
Job Duties
- Drive organizational culture initiatives focused on inclusion, diversity, and employee morale
- Assist managers with interview scheduling through ATS platform and candidate communication
- Track and remind managers of employee evaluations at 30, 60, and 90-day marks and coordinate exit interviews
- Plan and execute company events including safety meetings, appreciation days, and team-building activities
- Collaborate with leadership to manage employee recognition programs and celebrate milestones
- Manage office and inventory supplies to support daily operations and events
- Provide front desk customer service by welcoming visitors, answering phones, and handling inquiries
- Develop and distribute internal communications related to culture and engagement
- Perform administrative tasks such as photocopying, mailing, and document distribution
