Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- one year of human resource experience preferred
- proficiency in written and verbal communication
- ability to lift up to 30 pounds
- ability to remain seated for extended periods
- familiarity with ATS or scheduling tools
- professional demeanor
- bilingual in English and Spanish preferred

Job Duties
- drive organizational culture by promoting inclusion diversity and employee morale
- assist managers with interview scheduling and candidate support using ATS platform
- track and remind managers of employee evaluation dates including exit interviews
- plan and execute company events such as safety meetings appreciation days and team-building activities
- collaborate with leadership to track employee achievements and celebrate milestones
- manage office and event supply inventories ensuring timely replenishment
- welcome visitors answer phones and respond to inquiries with professionalism
- assist in developing and distributing internal culture-related content
- handle administrative tasks and support People Department clerical projects
