Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Act as a liaison between Catering, Culinary, Stewarding, and Banquet departments to answer questions regarding proper room setup
- Provide recaps on each event’s outcome during “Mini Post Con” style meetings
- Review and examine Weekly BEO packet and Daily BEO packet and facilitate dialogue between departments to resolve issues early
- Create recap sheets for daily culinary meetings and distribute information appropriately
- Help facilitate special event menus from Culinary to the Catering team in a timely manner
- Create and print buffet cards and special event menus and distribute them as directed
- Attend and record meeting notes for Culinary and Stewarding staff at daily BEO meetings
- Update all SOPs and recipe cards regularly for consistency
- Create BEO to fulfill simple requests from members and staff
- Maintain knowledge of common food and beverage items
- Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes
- Coordinate onboarding logistics such as business cards, IT credentials, uniforms, and keys
- Prepare and process mail for Culinary and Executive Chef
- Distribute event requests and act as liaison between F&B and other departments on event requirements
- Assist with Adaco system for cost control, menus, and banquets
- Edit, print, and distribute menus to various outlets
- Assist in planning and implementing food and beverage training and SOPs
- Work with Executive Chef and kitchen team to ensure back-of-house needs are met
- Plan and partner with various department leaders as directed
- Adhere to all attendance standards of the club
- Perform other duties as assigned to achieve club goals and objectives
