Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum three years cooking and managing experience in high-volume kitchens
- At least two years experience in field training or training development
- Proficiency in Google Docs and Sheets
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to maintain flexible schedule and travel as needed
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, remote, and onsite environments
Job Qualifications
- Three plus years of experience cooking and managing in high-volume kitchen environments including fast-casual and quick-service restaurants
- Two plus years of experience in field training or training development roles, preferably multi-unit restaurant experience
- Strong organizational skills and proficiency in Google Docs and Sheets
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to compile and document findings
- Self-motivated, positive, and able to work independently with minimal oversight
- Excellent teamwork and communication abilities
- Willingness to travel and work in dynamic kitchen environments
Job Duties
- Launch new concepts in the field by administering training and support to site operators
- Provide continuous training and quality assurance to site teams
- Audit material and process adherence to maintain high operational standards
- Maintain an adaptable schedule for training sessions across various dayparts
- Collaborate with site operators and central teams to troubleshoot and improve operations
- Step in as a leader to stabilize operations and reinforce best practices
- Document training findings and share insights with the broader team
