Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum three years cooking and managing experience in high-volume kitchens
  • At least two years experience in field training or training development
  • Proficiency in Google Docs and Sheets
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to maintain flexible schedule and travel as needed
  • Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, remote, and onsite environments

Job Qualifications

  • Three plus years of experience cooking and managing in high-volume kitchen environments including fast-casual and quick-service restaurants
  • Two plus years of experience in field training or training development roles, preferably multi-unit restaurant experience
  • Strong organizational skills and proficiency in Google Docs and Sheets
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to compile and document findings
  • Self-motivated, positive, and able to work independently with minimal oversight
  • Excellent teamwork and communication abilities
  • Willingness to travel and work in dynamic kitchen environments

Job Duties

  • Launch new concepts in the field by administering training and support to site operators
  • Provide continuous training and quality assurance to site teams
  • Audit material and process adherence to maintain high operational standards
  • Maintain an adaptable schedule for training sessions across various dayparts
  • Collaborate with site operators and central teams to troubleshoot and improve operations
  • Step in as a leader to stabilize operations and reinforce best practices
  • Document training findings and share insights with the broader team
