Job Duties
- Prepare fresh food items
- Suggest ways to cook multiple fresh items for the same dishes at once
- Create sauces or toppings for dishes and develop the dishes
- Maintain a clean and sanitized work station
- Verbally receive and call back guest orders in an upbeat and friendly manner
- Follow health and safety guidelines
- Adhere to recipes and presentations for food and beverage items
- Practice proper knife handling
- Cut, package, and prepare fresh meat products
- Follow proper cooking procedures using standardized recipe cards
- Utilize kitchen equipment such as broilers, ovens, fryers, slicers, choppers, and steamers
