Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a fast-paced kitchen or food service environment preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Capacity to lift up to 50 lbs often and team lift heavier items
- Willingness to work in a hot, humid kitchen environment
- Must have flexibility for varied shifts including weekends and holidays
- Ability to obtain Food Handlers Certification if not already certified
Job Qualifications
- Ability to operate Micros, KDS, or Compeat systems or willingness to learn fast
- Ability to follow recipes precisely with no shortcuts
- Strong emphasis on kitchen safety and hygiene
- Positive attitude and ability to work well with team members
- Ability to obtain a Food Handlers Certification
- Availability to work weekends, nights, and holidays
Job Duties
- Rocking the dish pit and keeping things sparkling clean
- Prepping veggies, dough, and party food like a pro
- Working the line to cook up delicious meals, fast and safe
- Making every plate look perfect before it heads out
- Following recipes and keeping waste low
- Pitching in to sweep, mop, and keep the kitchen spotless
- Sticking to food safety rules and bringing your A-game every shift
