Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced kitchen or food service environment preferred
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Capacity to lift up to 50 lbs often and team lift heavier items
  • Willingness to work in a hot, humid kitchen environment
  • Must have flexibility for varied shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to obtain Food Handlers Certification if not already certified

Job Qualifications

  • Ability to operate Micros, KDS, or Compeat systems or willingness to learn fast
  • Ability to follow recipes precisely with no shortcuts
  • Strong emphasis on kitchen safety and hygiene
  • Positive attitude and ability to work well with team members
  • Ability to obtain a Food Handlers Certification
  • Availability to work weekends, nights, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Rocking the dish pit and keeping things sparkling clean
  • Prepping veggies, dough, and party food like a pro
  • Working the line to cook up delicious meals, fast and safe
  • Making every plate look perfect before it heads out
  • Following recipes and keeping waste low
  • Pitching in to sweep, mop, and keep the kitchen spotless
  • Sticking to food safety rules and bringing your A-game every shift
