Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

  • previous culinary or kitchen experience preferred

  • ability to follow recipes and presentation specifications

Job Duties

  • Preparing food items according to designated recipes and maintaining high-quality standards
  • ensuring cleanliness and compliance with food sanitation standards at all times
  • managing guest orders with a friendly and efficient approach
  • having thorough knowledge of the menu and all food products
  • stocking and maintaining designated food station(s)
  • visually inspecting all food items sent from the kitchen
  • practicing correct food handling and storage procedures per regulations
  • preparing requisitions for supplies and food items as needed
