Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
availability to work various shifts including weekdays, weekends, and holidays
passion for cooking and hospitality
ability to work in a fast-paced environment
adherence to food safety standards
strong attention to detail
good physical stamina

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
previous culinary or kitchen experience preferred
knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
ability to follow recipes and presentation specifications
excellent communication and teamwork skills
customer service orientation

Job Duties

Preparing food items according to designated recipes and maintaining high-quality standards
ensuring cleanliness and compliance with food sanitation standards at all times
managing guest orders with a friendly and efficient approach
having thorough knowledge of the menu and all food products
stocking and maintaining designated food station(s)
visually inspecting all food items sent from the kitchen
practicing correct food handling and storage procedures per regulations
preparing requisitions for supplies and food items as needed
