Job Requirements

  • Experience in a restaurant setting
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to adhere to safety and cleanliness standards
  • Availability to work flexible hours and weekends

Job Qualifications

  • Proficiency in the primary languages used in the workplace
  • Experience in a restaurant setting
  • Demonstrated leadership or mentoring capabilities
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook food to ensure quality and adherence to kitchen procedures
  • Monitor food waste and inventory, addressing any quality issues that arise
  • Promote a collaborative environment between kitchen and front-of-house teams
  • Mentor Crew members to develop their skills and prepare them for future leadership roles
  • Communicate effectively with team members and customers to enhance service and efficiency
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen
  • Oversee the upkeep of kitchen equipment, ensuring prompt repairs when needed
  • Adhere to safety standards, preventing injuries and accidents within the kitchen
  • Complete necessary documentation such as Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) and Inventory Rotation (FIFO)
