Job Duties
- Prepare and cook food to ensure quality and adherence to kitchen procedures
- Monitor food waste and inventory, addressing any quality issues that arise
- Promote a collaborative environment between kitchen and front-of-house teams
- Mentor Crew members to develop their skills and prepare them for future leadership roles
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers to enhance service and efficiency
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen
- Oversee the upkeep of kitchen equipment, ensuring prompt repairs when needed
- Adhere to safety standards, preventing injuries and accidents within the kitchen
- Complete necessary documentation such as Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) and Inventory Rotation (FIFO)
