- prior experience in restaurant or food service environments preferred
- capability to manage food preparation and safety standards
- commitment to maintaining hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen
- ability to train and mentor team members
- readiness to follow all safety and operational protocols

Job Duties
- Safeguard the quality of food by cooking and prepping meals to order while strictly following kitchen protocols
- oversee food waste and inventory levels, addressing any issues with the quality of food as required
- foster a united team spirit between the back-end and front-end crew members
- encourage the development of team members for future leadership positions in the kitchen
- ensure effective communication with crew members and customers to uphold superior customer service standards and maximize operational output
- keep the kitchen area tidy and germ-free
- watch over kitchen tools to verify they are adequately maintained and promptly repaired if any breakdowns happen
- observe and implement safety precautions to uphold a secure setting and avoid accidents
- meet requirements by filling out Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) completely and conducting Inventory Rotation following the FIFO approach
