Job Duties

  • Oversees food preparation and works alongside team members to ensure quality standards
  • Make judgement calls on production levels and quality standards
  • Ensure all team members follow sanitation and temperature guidelines
  • Focus on minimizing waste and avoid product shortages
  • Use approved food recipes and production standards for quality, temperature, and portion control
  • Operate and clean equipment according to protocols
  • Store, label, and date food items to maintain freshness and minimize spoilage
  • Follow HACCP guidelines to ensure food safety
  • Perform other duties as assigned
