Job Requirements
- 1-2 years or more experience working in a fast-casual, QSR, or full-service kitchen
- At least 1 year of experience supervising a team including scheduling
- ServeSafe Managers License
- Meticulous cleanliness standards
- Excellent communication skills
- Passion for multicuisine cooking
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Job Duties
- Oversee daily operations of the test kitchen including cleanliness, organization, ordering, and inventory
- Serve as the culinary lead for third-party brand partners ensuring quality and consistency
- Run DashMart Kitchens University delivering on-site training to site managers for new DMK locations and concepts
- Collaborate closely with the Selection Strategy & Operations lead to analyze brand performance and identify innovation opportunities
- Manage and mentor a Development Commis
- Maintain rigorous food safety and cleanliness standards
- Assist with development and testing of new culinary concepts and menu items
