Job Requirements

  • 1-2 years or more experience working in a fast-casual, QSR, or full-service kitchen
  • At least 1 year of experience supervising a team including scheduling
  • ServeSafe Managers License
  • Meticulous cleanliness standards
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Passion for multicuisine cooking
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily operations of the test kitchen including cleanliness, organization, ordering, and inventory
  • Serve as the culinary lead for third-party brand partners ensuring quality and consistency
  • Run DashMart Kitchens University delivering on-site training to site managers for new DMK locations and concepts
  • Collaborate closely with the Selection Strategy & Operations lead to analyze brand performance and identify innovation opportunities
  • Manage and mentor a Development Commis
  • Maintain rigorous food safety and cleanliness standards
  • Assist with development and testing of new culinary concepts and menu items
