The company takes pride in delivering exceptional food service and culinary excellence in fast-paced and dynamic environments. Delaware North is dedicated to not only serving their guests with high-quality dining experiences but also ensuring that their team members feel valued, supported, and have opportunities for personal and professional growth. As a family-owned company with over 100 years of history, Delaware North offers a global legacy and a diverse range of hospitality operations including sports venues, national parks, casinos, hotels, and retail, allowing employees to find unique career paths and development opportunities. The company deeply values inclusivity and equal opportunity, welcoming applicants without regard to race, color, religion, gender, age, disability, veteran status, or any legally protected status.
The Culinary Supervisor position at Homefield Pub and Social in Green Bay, Wisconsin, offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced cook who thrives in a collaborative and high-energy environment. This full-time or part-time role includes a competitive pay rate of $18.00 per hour and provides various comprehensive benefits designed to support employees both professionally and personally. As a Culinary Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising food preparation, ensuring that all food quality, presentation, and sanitation standards are met consistently. You will verify portion sizes, recipes, and compliance with department policies while managing kitchen associates to maintain the highest service standards. Additionally, you will oversee the operation and maintenance of kitchen equipment, uphold cleanliness and organization in storage areas such as walk-ins and freezers, and ensure proper food breakdown, rotation, labeling, dating, and storage.
The role also requires performing opening, closing, and side work duties according to established guidelines. The Culinary Supervisor will have opportunities to train new and existing team members under the direction of management and handle disciplinary matters to maintain quality employee performance. You will ensure the timely and accurate delivery of food and beverage orders and verify that all required paperwork is completed at the end of shifts. Additionally, adhering to inventory and labor control measures, conducting inventory counts when requested, and maintaining clean, sanitized, safe, and well-stocked workstations and storage areas are essential responsibilities.
This position demands strong time management and organizational skills, effective communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and team members simultaneously. A background in a high-volume restaurant or food service environment with high service standards is highly beneficial. Physical stamina is required to remain standing for long durations, navigate between tables and corners, and handle moderately heavy food trays.
At Delaware North, the culture encourages employees to be part of a legacy that values people and growth. The company offers weekly pay, training and development opportunities, employee discounts, flexible work schedules, and access to health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan with company match, paid vacation and holidays, paid parental leave, employee assistance, and tuition or professional certification reimbursements. Joining Homefield Pub and Social means becoming part of a team dedicated to game day excitement and culinary innovation in one of Green Bay's most vibrant social spots.
