Job Requirements

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and delegate effectively

Job Qualifications

  • Experience as a food service supervisor or similar leadership role
  • Advanced knowledge of food preparation techniques
  • Familiarity with kitchen equipment and troubleshooting
  • Strong time management and delegation skills

  • Commitment to pursuing excellence and continuous improvement

Job Duties

  • Make sure all food is prepared according to recipes and meets quality and presentation standards
  • Ensure food and ingredients are properly labeled and stored to standards and maintain all required logs and temperature checks
  • Create positive associate relations that lead to high engagement and low turnover
  • Lead team in a fair, firm, and consistent way
  • Ensure the team is well trained, knowledgeable of expectations, and up to date with certifications
  • Coach cooks on food preparation techniques and skills as needed
  • Troubleshoot kitchen equipment issues and implement alternate solutions
