Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • professional culinary training or relevant experience in fast-paced high-volume settings
  • excellent communication skills
  • physical ability to lift and move food items up to 50 pounds
  • availability to work nights, weekends and holidays
  • ability to perform physical tasks including reaching, bending and pulling
  • 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in high-end culinary environments
  • preferred food safety certification

Job Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • professional training through culinary education or experience in a fast-paced high-volume fine dining or catering facility
  • full service casual dining experience preferred
  • ability to interact effectively with co-workers
  • extensive knowledge of food and beverage menus and services
  • ability to assure compliance with service standards and inventory procedures
  • basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation, service standards, guest relations and etiquette
  • ability to multi-task in fast-paced team environment
  • ability to read, speak and write English
  • ability to lift and transport items up to 30 pounds, occasionally 50 pounds
  • flexibility to work extended hours including nights, weekends and holidays
  • mobility for physical tasks including reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling
  • 2 to 3 years experience in a fast-paced high-end club or restaurant
  • food safety certification is a plus

Job Duties

  • Set up and prepare all food items
  • perform opening and closing duties
  • replenish and rotate stock as directed by the Executive Chef
  • set up non-food items for shift
  • maintain high level of sanitation awareness
  • input daily event sheets and reports
  • produce menu items in a timely manner and according to company standards
  • follow directions precisely and consistently
  • maintain work area and proper food storage
  • adhere to company guidelines and house rules
  • work as a team with fellow associates and other departments within the arena
