Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years in a high-volume banquet kitchen preferred
- Previous supervisory or lead cook experience preferred
- Culinary degree or certification preferred but not required
- Flexible schedule including AM PM weekends and holidays
- Passionate about food flavor and execution
- Hungry to learn grow and succeed
- Ability to lead and inspire a culinary team

Job Duties
- Lead banquet kitchen team with energy and focus ensuring top-quality consistent food at every service
- Inspire cooks and build a strong team culture centered on passion for food
- Partner with Sous Chefs and Executive Chef on menu execution new dish testing and continuous improvement
- Take ownership of banquet operations from prep to plating ensuring seamless service for diverse events
- Take ownership of quality training and service standards
- Prepare for the next step in Hyatt career by developing leadership skills and culinary expertise
