Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- professional culinary education or equivalent experience in fast-paced, high-volume dining environment
- valid food handler's certification
- valid food manager's certification
- ServSafe manager certification
- ServSafe food handling certification
- TABC certification
- ability to work extended hours including nights, weekends and holidays
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- excellent teamwork and communication skills
- adherence to safety protocols and company policies
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- professional training through culinary education or experience in fast-paced, high-volume fine dining or catering facility
- full service casual dining experience preferred
- ability to interact effectively with co-workers
- extensive knowledge of food and beverage menu, specials and services offered
- ability to assure compliance with company service standards, inventory and cash control procedures
- basic knowledge of food and beverage preparations, service standards, guest relations and etiquette
- ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting
- ability to read, speak and write in English
- ability to lift and transport food and other items weighing up to 30 pounds, occasionally 50 pounds
- ability to work all venue events including extended hours, nights, weekends and holidays
- mobility to perform assigned production tasks including reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing and pulling for extended periods
- must have two to three years working in high-end club or restaurant
Job Duties
- Set up and prepare all food items
- opening and closing duties
- replenishment and rotation of stock as directed by the manager on duty
- set up of non-food items for shift
- maintain high level of sanitation awareness and conscientiousness
- input daily event sheets and daily reports
- produce menu items in a timely manner in accordance with company standards
- follow directions precisely and consistently
- maintain work area and proper food storage
- adhere to company guidelines and house rules
- exceed guest expectations
- work as a team with fellow associates and service departments within arena
