Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • professional culinary education or equivalent experience in fast-paced, high-volume dining environment
  • valid food handler's certification
  • valid food manager's certification
  • ServSafe manager certification
  • ServSafe food handling certification
  • TABC certification
  • ability to work extended hours including nights, weekends and holidays
  • ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • excellent teamwork and communication skills
  • adherence to safety protocols and company policies

Job Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • professional training through culinary education or experience in fast-paced, high-volume fine dining or catering facility
  • full service casual dining experience preferred
  • ability to interact effectively with co-workers
  • extensive knowledge of food and beverage menu, specials and services offered
  • ability to assure compliance with company service standards, inventory and cash control procedures
  • basic knowledge of food and beverage preparations, service standards, guest relations and etiquette
  • ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting
  • ability to read, speak and write in English
  • ability to lift and transport food and other items weighing up to 30 pounds, occasionally 50 pounds
  • ability to work all venue events including extended hours, nights, weekends and holidays
  • mobility to perform assigned production tasks including reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing and pulling for extended periods
  • must have two to three years working in high-end club or restaurant

Job Duties

  • Set up and prepare all food items
  • opening and closing duties
  • replenishment and rotation of stock as directed by the manager on duty
  • set up of non-food items for shift
  • maintain high level of sanitation awareness and conscientiousness
  • input daily event sheets and daily reports
  • produce menu items in a timely manner in accordance with company standards
  • follow directions precisely and consistently
  • maintain work area and proper food storage
  • adhere to company guidelines and house rules
  • exceed guest expectations
  • work as a team with fellow associates and service departments within arena
