Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years of kitchen management experience
- Working knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Check staffing levels and ensure all employees are in uniform and on time
- Monitor the staff and ensure all guests are being cared for during their visit
- Manage inventory so that all necessary ingredients are stocked for service
- Hire new staff and provide training to facilitate quick acclimation
- Streamline kitchen processes to maintain prompt service times
- Work with the Head Chef to develop and maintain the restaurant menu
- Set regular cleaning standards for the kitchen and verify that staff maintain sanitation levels
- Create schedules for all kitchen staff
- Track kitchen finances to identify areas of potential waste
- Support covering days off and working the line during the slow season
