Job Requirements
- Prior supervisory and culinary service experience in hospitality industry
- fine dining experience preferred
- working knowledge of dining etiquette, food handling techniques, and high level of customer service
- prior professional cooking experience
- knowledge of proper food service sanitation techniques
- ServSafe Certification strongly preferred
- at least two years experience cooking in hospitality industry
- high school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) preferred

Job Duties
- Purchase all food products and cleaning supplies as directed
- ensure food and supply stock is maintained regularly
- actively cook during peak times and special events
- maintain organized records including production, special diets, time and temperature
- process invoices timely and collaborate with business office on billing
- review and be familiar with resident dining restrictions
- manage and schedule kitchen staff for efficiency
- ensure food consistency and quality through tasting and feedback
- maintain kitchen cleanliness, sanitation and safety
- assist in hiring, time keeping, performance appraisals and staff management
- perform additional duties as assigned by Culinary Service Director
