Job Requirements
- Prior supervisory and culinary service experience in the hospitality industry
- fine dining experience preferred
- working knowledge of dining etiquette, food handling techniques, and customer service
- prior professional cooking experience
- knowledge of proper food service sanitation techniques
- ServSafe Certification strongly preferred
- at least two years experience cooking in hospitality
- high school diploma or GED preferred

Job Duties
- Purchase all food products and cleaning supplies as directed
- ensure food and supply stock is maintained regularly
- stand in to actively cook during peak times and special events
- maintain comprehensive production and regulatory record keeping
- process invoices timely and collaborate with business office manager
- review residents dining restrictions
- manage and schedule kitchen staff efficiently
- ensure food consistency and quality through tasting and resident feedback
- maintain kitchen cleanliness, sanitation, and safety
- assist in hiring, timekeeping, performance appraisals and management
- perform other duties as assigned by Culinary Service Director
