Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in food service supervision preferred
- completion of or willingness to complete sanitation training
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- strong leadership and communication skills
- physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform kitchen duties
- commitment to maintaining food safety and hygiene standards

- Proficiency in interpreting and executing written and spoken directives
- completion of sanitation course within the first year of employment
- experience managing a food service program for cost efficiency
- basic mathematical skills
- strong organizational and meticulousness skills

Job Duties
- Scheduling tasks and managing production processes
- create and manage employee schedules
- compile production packets
- supervise day-to-day tasks to ensure efficient functioning
- uphold food production safety and quality standards
- maintain food storage and hygiene compliance
- ensure meals are served according to menu and Aramark guidelines
- maintain accurate food safety records
- manage and update inventory weekly
- keep records of equipment maintenance
- conduct routine maintenance inspections
- supervise and assess staff performance
- provide guidance and support to food service staff
- maintain a safe working environment
- cover for absent staff
- communicate regularly with employees
- participate in team meetings
- foster positive relationships with clients and team members
- stay updated on catering schedules
- work occasional evening and weekend events
- perform cashier duties
- assist with additional projects as assigned
